Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and IMSOCLIP SOLUTIONS PVT LTD ("we", "us") for the use of the BotMaster Plus app ("the app") and the BotMaster Plus licence. By installing or using the app you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
1. What the app does
The app lets you link your own WhatsApp numbers as linked devices and send and receive messages from them, run campaigns you create, reply automatically and use related tools. You need your own WhatsApp account and phone number for each number you link.
2. Licence
- The free demo allows 10 messages on one device, once. Licences are sold by us and our dealers.
- A licence is personal to you, works on one device at a time (a phone or a computer) and is valid for the period you bought.
- You may not copy, resell, share, decompile or modify the app, or try to bypass the licence check.
- We may stop a licence that is shared, resold without our permission or used against these terms. Licence fees are not refundable except where the law requires.
- The app checks your licence online; if it cannot reach our server it keeps working for a grace period of 10 days.
3. Acceptable use
You are responsible for every message sent from your numbers. You agree that you will:
- only message people who have agreed to receive messages from you, and stop when they ask;
- follow WhatsApp's Terms of Service and Business Policy, and all laws that apply to you, including laws on unsolicited commercial communication, data protection and consumer protection;
- not send spam, scams, threats, harassment, illegal, misleading, sexual or hateful content, or malware;
- not use contact lists you have no right to use.
4. WhatsApp and third-party services
BotMaster Plus is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc. WhatsApp may change its service, limit features or restrict or ban numbers at any time, including numbers used with the app. We do not control this and are not responsible for any restriction, ban or loss of data on your WhatsApp account.
If you use the AI assistant, your use of the AI provider is governed by that provider's terms and you pay them directly.
5. Your data
Your contacts, messages and reports are stored on your phone. Keep your own backups. Our Privacy Policy explains what information leaves your phone.
6. Updates and availability
We may update the app to fix problems, add features or keep it working with WhatsApp. Some features may stop working if WhatsApp changes its service. We do our best to keep the app working but do not promise it will always be available or free of errors.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, or for bans or restrictions on your WhatsApp numbers. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your licence in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Ending
You can stop using the app and uninstall it at any time. We may end your licence if you break these terms.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any rights you have under the law of the place where you live.
