Privacy Policy
BotMaster Plus is made by IMSOCLIP SOLUTIONS PVT LTD ("we", "us"). This policy explains what the app and this website do with information, what leaves your phone, and the choices you have. In short: your contacts, messages and reports stay on your phone. We only receive your licence key and an anonymous device ID so we can activate your licence.
1. Information stored only on your phone
The following is created or imported by you and kept in the app's private storage on your device. We do not receive a copy.
- Your linked WhatsApp sessions (the encryption keys needed to stay logged in).
- Recipient lists you import from files, your phone contacts or your WhatsApp contacts, including names, phone numbers and your own columns.
- Messages, templates, attachments, scheduled campaigns and campaign reports.
- Messages received while the app is running (Inbox), auto-reply rules and the numbers that received a welcome message.
- Your AI provider API key, if you add one.
- The name and number you enter for the free demo.
- A diagnostic log of app events.
2. Information that leaves your phone

All connections are encrypted (HTTPS, and WhatsApp's own end-to-end encryption for messages).
3. Permissions the app asks for
- Contacts: only used when you choose to import recipients from your phone contacts.
- Notifications: campaign progress, connection status and new messages.
- Background running (foreground service, battery optimisation): keeps your linked numbers connected so campaigns, scheduled campaigns and auto-replies keep working when the screen is off.
- Alarms & reminders: starts scheduled campaigns on time.
- Internet and network state: to connect to WhatsApp and the licence server.
4. This website
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. It sets one essential session cookie and a security (CSRF) cookie needed for the site to work. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, page requested, browser) for up to 30 days for security and troubleshooting.
5. What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your information.
- We do not show ads, and the app contains no advertising or analytics trackers.
- We do not read your contacts, messages or reports; they never reach our servers.
- We do not collect your location.
6. Licence records we keep
For each licence we keep the licence key, the name, email and mobile number given when the licence was bought, the dealer, activation dates and the device ID of the activated device. We keep these while the licence is valid and afterwards as required by law (for example tax records), and use them only to provide and support your licence.
7. Your choices and deleting data
- Delete an account, clear the inbox or clear reports inside the app at any time.
- Back up or restore all app data yourself from Settings.
- Uninstalling the app deletes all data stored on the phone.
- To delete your licence record, see Delete your data. We reply within 30 days.
8. Your responsibility
You decide whom you message. Only send messages to people who have agreed to receive them, and follow WhatsApp's Terms of Service and the laws of your country. BotMaster Plus is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc.
9. Children
BotMaster Plus is a business tool for adults and is not intended for anyone under 18.
10. Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page and the effective date above.
